Services Offered at Signatures Closing & Title

Seller Real Estate Closings: from the time we receive the sales agreement all the way through closing day, we work to research and clear title issues, gather all pertinent paperwork for the legal transfer of property, prepare the closing documents, and walk you through the document signing process on closing day.

Mortgage Loan Closings:  Purchases, Re-finances, Jr. Liens, New Construction and disbursements, Contracts for Deed.  Residential, Commercial and Land-Only sales.

Title Insurance: We are authorized  agents to sell both Lender’s and Owner’s Title Insurance through our underwriter Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and DOMA.

Abstracting:  Full Updates, 40 year searches, RPA’s, O & E, Plat Drawings, and name searches.

In order to close the transaction on your behalf, a closing fee will be charged in the amount of $300.00, which will be included in your Settlement Statement costs at the time of closing.
